Job Description :
- 15 years of experience in the software best practices, and testing strategy & People management responsibilities with direct reports
- 5 years of experience in leading Team of 100+ & above.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to construct a product delivery strategy, reasonable roadmaps, and timelines.
- Define functional and technical requirements on the basis of interactions with the users and domain knowledge
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
- Has good experience into Agile methodology & Exposure into Process improvement (e.g., CMM, ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, COBIT)
-Should have exposure with Big bank OR big technology (like Cloud, AP).
