My client is a global financial services institution based with a top tier global client list and market leading position. They have a captive set up in India and are seeking a senior professional to head their Technology Recruitment overall in India. This is a leadership role requiring the suitable individual to work with a high level of autonomy and independence, while managing the India team.
Role and Requirements:
- Pure play recruitment role - Supporting the Technology businesses through hiring senior candidates
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in recruiting Technology profiles for all levels from senior to Leadership Hiring
- Should have good expertise in Strategic planning with regards to recruitment
- Must have experience in Domain specific hiring, skill-based hiring, Market mapping
- Must have experience independently handling campus drive, walk-in drives etc.
- This profile requires the Candidate to handling a team of seasoned recruiters therefore team handling experience is mandatory.
- Should have good knowledge of Technology & IT terminologies & Stay current on trends and evaluate innovative, low-cost and effective sourcing methods to attract Best Talent from the Industry
- Excellent Communication skills and Negotiation skills
- Master's Degree
Functional Competency:
- Leadership hiring experience into Technology is prerequisite
- Exposure to IT & Technology functions is a must
- Understands own function within group and industry context, articulates priorities, frames the right strategic questions and adapts short term plans as business priorities
- Critical thinking ability to support business related decisions, ability to challenge status quo and drive progressive change improvement
