Key responsibilities: - Design and execute talent acquisition strategy to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates, with a strong focus on technology hiring - Identify key sourcing channels, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals. - Build a data-driven Talent Acquisition function, including analytics that provide insight and decision support. Define, develop and implement key recruitment and diversity metrics that help drive business results. - Deliver quality services as per SLAs / TATs - Manage employer branding, ad placement optimization, marketing of all job postings and innovative candidate sourcing strategies - Work closely with different business units to develop accurate competency requirements, position specifications, and candidate profiles, as well as providing coaching and training on interview techniques where required - Partner with vendor system experts to optimize and enhance recruitment technology, including applicant tracking system, video interviewing platform and social referral tool - Lead, manage and develop highly skilled talent acquisition team while reporting into the Director- People Practice An ideal candidate: - At least a full time Bachelor's or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field - 10+ years of overall experience of which 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience and have dealt with scaling up the head count to a sizeable number in Software Industry - Experience working with B2B SAAS product based organization is a must - Currently in the role of a senior-level Talent Acquisition leader - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
