Head - Technology Operations - Asset Management

Job Description :

- The head of Asset Management Tech+ Ops , will be the strategic business leader responsible for service delivery (Ops and IT), transformation, process reengineering, cost optimization, efficiency, Operational risk and value-added solutions for the business.

- This role will require the individual to be the independent voice to understand and prioritize the strategic and tactical roadmap.

- This role requires the ability to define and implement strategy and manage BAU operations with a fine balance of independence and interdependence.

- This is a relatively complex role which requires a passionate, mature, articulate leader with capability to identify and understand stakeholder needs and assess priorities, assumptions, and constraints independently.

- This role will bring together a deep understanding of the Investment Operations and Asset Management domain, business process management, building and developing inclusive teams and leaders, collaboration across the global organizational matrix and have subject matter expertise in general management and service delivery.
