Head - Technology - FMCG

Role :

The Tech Head is expected to have a good knowledge of various new age backend and frontend systems. Our client is engaged in both, mobile and web technologies has a tech team size of 20+ which would be led and managed by the technology head who will in turn report into the founders of the firm.

Proven experience of absorbing business knowledge into building innovations around technologies is the key. We expect the technology head to bear an attitude of an entrepreneur to command the future of the firms technology to first in industry status.

Responsibilities :

- Own and enhance the existing product line and develop newer modules for powering India's booming logistics landscape

- Obtain a deep understanding of the business side and curate processes and systems around it.

- Brainstorm with management on challenges and opportunities can technology can create

- Create product prototypes - including user personas, user stories & wireframes

- Create product roadmap & work closely with the tech team to aid efficient development.

- Drive the user experience - design and testing

- Gather feedback from various stakeholders & continuously refine product specs

- Led the team while ensuring optimal utilization of every resource.

Requirement :

- Total Experience : 8-20 yrs

- Technologies we are looking in potential candidates 

- Experience in LAMP stack, Server & System Architecture, Python, AWS & JAVA

- Educational qualification - IIT, IIM, Any premier institutes.
