Description -

Reporting to the COO of the organisation and managing a team of 6, the successful candidate would be responsible to:

- Direct and manage computing and information technology strategic plans, policies, programs and schedules for business and finance data processing, computer services, network communications, and management information services to accomplish corporate goals and objectives.

- Develop and establish operating policies and approaches for computing and information technology.

- Ensure the security of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment.

- Identify emerging information technologies to be assimilated, integrated and introduced within the company.

- Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

- Actively Lead employee engagement programs and other HR activities within the team.

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

- Master's Degree in IT or Computer Science from an institute of repute or an equivalent qualification.

- Overall experience of 12-15 years preferably in the FMCG or Manufacturing Industry.

- Proven Track record of success in a leadership position.

- Experience in strategic planning and execution.

- Experience with implementation of information technology integration in a large division/company.

- Should be customer focused, result oriented, lead and develop others, involve in constructive collaboration, should be strategically focused and have decision making abilities.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
