Head-Technology position for a newly set up NBFC in Delhi. This is top management cadre position reporting to MD.

The KRAs include:

- Strategic business planning for IT

- Team building, development & management

- Budgetary Planning & Controls

- Sustain robust IT infra through constant up gradation

- Manage and optimize IT assets to meet business objectives

- Execute latest technology tools and best practices in the technology landscape

- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity

- Maintain integrity of IT infra & mitigate technology risks

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Previous working experience in Technology leadership role in fintech or financial services

- In-depth knowledge of contemporary IT landscape

- Hands on experience with complex project management

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

- Proactive solutions-provider and high execution competency
