Head of Technology and Engineering

- Managing tech function of the company and responsible for providing the business support with robust technology systems & processes by ensuring cost rationalization, quality assurance and capacity planning.

- Formulate tech policies and procedures

- Understand from CEO the future tech requirements and tech budget. Provide cost optimal solutions. Prepare capital & operating budgets for the tech and manage the budget.

- Define comprehensive tech Policy with respect to tech Infrastructure, development of tech capabilities and tech solutions to meet organizational requirements.

- Develop & implement security policies, procedures & technical controls to mitigate the risks and ensure non-violation.

- Responsible for building tech platform to enable reduction in costs & manpower involved by ensuring maximum ROI.

- Responsible for capacity building of tech Infrastructure to meet organizational requirements.

- Ensure Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery is in place & schedule back-up/recovery & restoration are done timely in order to ensure data security.

- Engage in planning and implementation of data security and backup strategies.

- Monitor team performance and ensure that team provide necessary support to Business Heads and end users.

- Continuously engage in building team cohesiveness to accomplish organizational goals collectively.
