Key responsibilities: - Provide thought leadership for the development of Technology Site Management&nbsp; - Maintain and build the Technology &amp; Infrastructure team in India, through internal and external hiring. - Establish relationships with key stakeholders. - Support and imbed a target state service management framework for the T&amp;I function - Work with the broader technology functions in India on ideas of collaboration. - Financial and business management - Member of India Regional Leadership team Essential qualifications/experience - BSc / B.Tech or equivalent industry experience. - Responsibility for delivering and managing a service in a technology context - Experience with Agile, DevOps, SRE practice, process and tools. - Experience with Infrastructure automation methodologies - Experience with SOAP, Microservices and RESTful Architecture. - Experience in Unix/Linux environment, programming languages C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Ruby - Data types:XML, Json - Webservices and application servers: Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, Jboss, Weblogic etc. - Managed large teams (50+) and budget (- 5m +) - Led/delivered enterprise change (specific examples will be required) Preferred qualifications/experience -&nbsp; - Postgraduate qualification or equivalent industry experience - Experience in building/supporting/testing/operating IaaS platforms. - Experience of working in large organization with a matrix environment, utilizing virtual teams. - Consultative mind-set with an understanding of financials and managing technical teams
