Head - Technology Delivery - BFSI

Seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Lead to manage technology delivery for some key programs for an MNC Financial Services Organization based in "Delhi/ NCR". Candidate must possess strong domain knowledge of Futures and Commodities Trading and/ Or Cash Equities trading

The candidate will be accountable for defining and executing the strategy for Flow Clearing Technology India in conjunction with the global vision for the function.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Lead a development team (permanents + vendor resources onsite/offsite)

- Work closely with the global delivery leads, Programme Manager and other business/IT stakeholders to delivery to the central programme delivery

- Drive the delivery of programs of work to agreed scope, budget, quality and timelines

- Work closely with support functions like Operations, Testing, and Environments etc. to deliver the projects in agreed timelines.

- Manage risks effectively

- Provide timely KPI based status reporting back to the key stakeholders

- Provide technology and people leadership to the team

- Contribute to the technical design discussions, identify right tool sets to increase productivity, establish a culture of technology excellence in the team

- Drive continuous integration, DevOps, QA Automation strategies for the function

- Strong leadership skills in driving strategies, building top notch teams and technology delivery experience

- Strong technical skills - Java or other programming language, good exposure to design patterns and solution design.

- Experience in managing large scale technology delivery programmes through vendors and permanent resources
