Job opening with Ed-Tech Company for Head of Technology at Gurgaon.

Job Role:- Head of Technology / Chief Technical Officer

Location:- Gurgaon

Working Days:- 5 Days

Working Mode:- Work From Office

Job Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Will be responsible to manage and lead the complete Frontend, Backend, and APP development teams. Manage a team; set processes in place to facilitate everyday operations seamlessly.

- Will also be responsible for Complete Website Maintenance, Release Coordination, Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.

- Will be responsible for creating a development pipeline and managing the complete development cycle of digital products.

- Will be responsible for internal and external team coordination for the technical implementation of digital products, services like data sharing, and API Integrations. Attend client meetings and take briefings.

- Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.

- Build quality assurance and data protection processes.

- Will be part of core strategy building team for Website and will directly report to the Chief Strategy Officer of the Company.

- Tech Head who can sit and code with fellow team members and not just manage the team.

Profile and Skill Set-

- At least 10+ Years of Relevant Work Experience

- In-Depth Knowledge and hands-on experience on AWS services like Cloudfront, S3, Ec2, RDS, SQS, SNS, etc.

- In-Depth Knowledge and hands-on experience of Python Django, MySQL, MongoDB, JQuery, Email SMTP, Apache Solr, JAVA.

- Understanding of budgets and business - planning.

- Excellent coxmmunication skills and Problem - solving aptitude
