Head - Technology Business - Products/Services - IT/ITeS/KPO

Our Client :

- US based IT/ITeS company with interest in IT services, IT products and KPO.

- Company is looking to hire the head for their Technology business leading both IT services & IT products business.

The role will be responsible for :

- Delivery and process management including productivity, quality and cost of delivery

- Account management to grow the revenue from existing clients. Should have excellent account management experience as this is critical to success in this role

- Innovation driver on IT products and IT service delivery management. This is to be aligned closely with the company;s strategy of expansion in IT services and products business in the areas of Application development, product engineering, product development, cloud etc.

- Be responsible for Revenue as well as cost/profitability of the business
