Head - Technology - BFS

Job Description :

This role is responsible to define, architect and innovate the technology platform on web & app in the areas of product life cycle management, 3rd party financial data-source integration, data-driven learning algorithms, automated decisions, etc. to achieve seamless user experience of our product offerings across platforms to end customer.

- Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals

- Identify opportunities and de-risk for delivering the company's services across technology platforms, opportunities for innovation and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success

- Demonstrate ability to interpret technology and market trends as a foundation for technology and product roadmaps.

- Meticulous project management for the evaluation, development and deployment of all web and app-based services

- Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP

- Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide information security plan that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's data and servers

- Identify and prioritize development initiatives.

- Establish technical standards and ensure adherence to them for product development and company operations

- Collaborate with Product team, User Experience Designer and potential customers to prepare wire frames or mockups of a prototype of the company's web application

- Establish a specification conformance and testing regime based on user stories and the User Experience design

- As part of BCP, ensure that there is no failure in business operations and appropriate DR plans are in place and regularly tested for readiness for unforeseen and unexpected events which can impact the business continuity
