Responsibilities
- Hire, grow, mentor, and lead multiple teams of engineers dedicated to creating robust, beautiful, world-class products.
- Lead and manage all aspects of product management lifecycle from strategy through delivery and measurement and drive innovation in the development space.
- Own all phases of the development lifecycle from gathering business requirements, design and modeling, development, deployment, and support.
- Ensures on-budget and timely completion of development projects
- Ensures adherence to software engineering and management processes
- Guides the team to troubleshoot and resolve products issues
Qualifications
- 12+ years experience in software development, preferably adtech, martech, and marketplace
- 6+ years experience in managing high performing software engineers
- 3+ experience of managing multiple engineering teams
- Strong software and data structure design, development, and architecture experience
- History of working in a fast-paced, evolving, growing, and dynamic environment
- Ability to lead influence others and find creative solutions and move quickly to deliver them
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach and ability to measure the impact of projects
- Expert knowledge of current website technologies, standards, and UI design
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience, Master's Degree preferred
