Head/Technical Writer - Product Documentation

Major Responsibilities :

- Develop and oversee technical documentation, learning management & developer community content strategy for Organization's products

- Develop LMS, video courses, certifications on products and delivery excellence

- Create online self-help system for all products

- Create and manage learning & Management knowledge sharing online communities

- Maintain documentation of SDLC and integration with tools, release notes

- Liaison with internal & external stakeholders for collating & creating pool resources on products information, create user manual guides.

- Communicate and evangelize the importance of shared knowledge and related practices across organization

- Develop a Product Documentation team from scratch and ensure that it works seamlessly with development teams

- Manage, mentor and help team members to learn and grow and provide the right objectives and the right resources to the teams so the outcomes are as expected

- Track developments in tools, learning trends and keep Company at leading edge of enablement for internal and external developer &Management implementors.
