Required for one of the Leading Manufacturing Organisation in India a well rounded Technical Training Management Professional.
The ideal incumbent should be a BE from a Premium Institute / University with 15 -25 years overall experience, of which at least 10 years in Technical Training within a Large Manufacturing Organisation.
The incumbent should have been instrumental in setting up State of Art Technical Training Centres for a Large Manufacturing organisation.
The individual should have excellent knowledge of the latest Global Training techniques/ methodologies in relevance to the Manufacturing industry.
Some of the Principal Accountabilities of the person would be :
Set up Central Technical Training Institute
- Prepare and submit plan along with Consultant for the Technical Institute.
- Finalize design of training institute and Hostel along with architect.
- Prepare cost estimates and submit for management approval
- Submit for management financial approval.
- Discuss with various vendors and consultants for equipment finalization
- Seek approval for prepare draft presentation for simulation (CBT) for various section of the plant.
Simulation Based Training
- Coordinate with OEM and other agencies for computerized based training (CBT) modules
- Evaluate with Technical people and take action for procurement
- Ensure training fresh of fresh Trainees and others on these CBT modules.
Develop Technical Training Module
- Develop customize training module for trainees units
- Update training modules on regular basis in new technology
- Co-ordinate with units for conduct of training courses.
- Ensure all facilities to provide participants.
Conduct Technical Training Programs
- Seek technical training needs of the business and prepare need based training calendar for officers /operatives.
- Evolve course design and ensure course material for all courses expert
- Tie up faculty for conduct of courses
- Provide joining kit to each trainees
- Assist Units in finalization of skill upgradation courses at units.
- Visit units for assessment of trainees and effectiveness of training provided to trainees
- Assess effectiveness of training courses
Liaise with Technical Institute / Manufacturing Units
- Liaise with Technical Institute and Manufacturing Units
Modular Training for GET /DET
- Ensure modular training to GET /DET Trainee
Computer Based Simulation Training
- Co-ordinate with other technical education institutes for providing Technical Simulation training
- Ensure all trainees to covered under simulation training
