Key Responsibilities:

- The expertise should have a knowledge of textile products manufactured for non-aesthetic purposes where the function is the primary criterion. Technical textile includes textile for automotive applications, medical textile, jio textile, Agri textiles and protective clothing etc.

- The incumbent should have knowledge of comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market gaps and potential opportunities within the textile industry.

- Develop and execute targeted business development plans to acquire new clients, customers, project in the technical textile market including identifying prospective clients to establish relationship with key stake holders through networking.

- Prepare compiling proposal presentation to showcase our technical textile capabilities, solutions, and value propositions to prospective clients.

- The incumbent should understand the advanced composite, knowledge about Nitty-gritty of Advanced Composites, carbon fiber weaving process, should understand different constituents of the composite's intermediates (yarn and resin types) and its manufacturing process. know-how on the carbon Fiber end application in various industries such as Automotive industries etc. Experience in prepreg textiles and impregnation process including the Different textile structures, different type of resins and their formulation and the consequent impregnation process.

- The incumbent should be able to map the Prepreg Textile end use in different industries in India as well as Globally and Knowledge of the Global supply chain and cost economics of these textiles used across the segments. Having Knowledge of the Aerospace Industry is an added advantage.

- Preferred candidates from the Garment Industry should have exposure to Spun Yarn and Fabric.

- Lead and manage the commissioning process of the textile manufacturing plant, ensuring all equipment and systems are properly installed, calibrated, and tested and Details of the processes, equipment, facility set-up, suppliers of materials etc.

- Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards, guidance to the production team, troubleshooting any operational issues that may arise during the commissioning phase.

- Responsible for new product & process development in technical textiles, Research and Development on New Breakthrough/Technology Projects including, Parasite Shield, Surface Treatment, Stiff netting, Micro-encapsulation, fish protective cage. Predator cage, Temperature maintained Agriculture Shade/Insect net, Antibacterial Yarn etc.
