Our Client is a leading player in the domestic IT services and Outsourced business services space with annual revenues in excess of Rs 1000+ Crores and more than 29,000 employees spread across 125+ offices all over India.

Qualification:B.E / B.Tech

Post Graduate from the recognized University in the Stream of IT plus Operations /Systems Management is Preferable. Candidates possessing Academic Credentials with Technical Certifications is preferable (ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma etc).

Job Responsibilities:

TSG

- Lead and manage profit centre operations for the technology function

- Technology Leadership of Services Business - Business process automation, support the existing application, managing budget, Vendor co- ordination, SLA & TAT, RFI/ RFP management.

- Handling Technical support team, server & storage infrastructure design and support team.

- Work with delivery team to get products installed at customer ’s premises

- Project Management – Setting up the Project Team to effectively handling the assigned projects (inc large accounts)

- Monitor and Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turn around Time (TAT) to meet the Customers requirement.

- Coordination with Sales team for requirements at Client Locations for implementing support services – helpdesks, facility management, Tele Support and Messaging service.

- Ensuring monitoring of regular feedback from Clients and share new opportunities

- Direct multiple critical projects, track high-level status and make adjustments as necessary to meet major milestones with little to no slippage.

- Deep functional and management knowledge across the following IT domains: Network Management (Systems, LAN, MAN and WAN); Data Centre Management; Delivery of desk-side technical support; Operation of an IT helpdesk /NOC

- Proven ability to manage a significant number of complex initiatives at the same time, as well as line-managing a large and growing technology organization.

- Able to represent the organization professionally with senior external client personnel.

Job Profile Presales

The important aspect of overall responsibility is to architect a solution best suitable to customer requirement viz-a-viz company’s offerings coupled with value additions that shall create win-win situation both for the company as well as the customer.

Bridge between Sales & Practice As a strong Pre-sales process, my role demands to leverage on domain Practice teams to prepare the technical proposals using best of the tools, processing enabling the fool- proof and value propositions.

- Identify – Create new business opportunities

- Solution Sizing, Costing and Value add After pitching high-level solution to customer

- Solution Presentation Carrying out solution presentation to Senior Management teams of the customer involving CEO, CIOs and Technical teams etc.

- Together with the team perform better on large deals

- Cost Optimization – final negotiation Role involves meeting customers along with Sr. Management team during the commercial negotiation phase of the project to further optimize the solution to ensure chances of winning.
