Head - Technical Services is responsible for achieving the highest level of customer & influencer engagement by enriching brand experience through innovative initiatives, loyalty programs, onsite services & solutions. Responsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer & influencer loyalty reach by best utilization of resources, capability building of teams, & improving the productivity to achieve business goals
Responsibilities:
- Developing & driving Customer Engagement strategic initiatives, monitoring its performance & effectiveness with continuous improvisation for business generation
- Customer Engagement & Influencer Engagements
- Monitoring Customer Care operations & Quality Complaint management
- Capturing Market Insights for developing new initiatives, products & solutions, benchmarking with Competition & training
- Capability building of Technical Services Team
- Work with teams to ensure on-time and high quality execution of all customer engagement programs
- Looking after the overall Technical services with people management
- Analysis and activity planning & Monthly analysis of competitors activity and Sales in the region
- Closely monitoring the performance of the entire team related to Call Compliance, Conversion, Technical Activities, business Targets, Augmented Product Sale and Non trade business Targets
- Conversion & Augmented product drive.
- Introduce new initiatives & driving the strategy & execution of 360- technical services for the customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.Tech / BE - in Civil Engineering from a reputed University
- Minimum 15 years of work experience in Technical Services in the cement industry
- Strong knowledge of cement production processes and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
