Sales Support:
- Conduct Market research, Customer profiling to understand the end customer needs and expectations.
- Plan customized service offering for outlets to create differentiation. Review the activities from time to time and closely monitoring them. Deciding on addition/ deletion of sub-activities during planning of meets.
- Preparation of MIS and reports based on inputs from Zonal / Regional/ Depot, analyze and take corrective actions. Prepare annual and future Technical activities plan for various influencers segments and ensuring effective budget utilization for improving the customers footfall & sales of allied products.
Connect with customers:
- Regularly scan the market for innovative solutions and services and search for suitable implementation Increase coverage of current services, Identify the services that are offered by Allied partners and can be brought in the preview of Company.
Influencers Engagement:
- Connect key influencers with outlets for enhance outlet performance Ensure training of Influencers for skill development and ensuring long term engagement. Monitoring Influencers loyalty programs and ensure timely disbursement
Team Building & Training:
- Formulation of Training programs for Customer and Influencers segments, collaboration with allied partners. Periodically assess technical and managerial competence of team members. Liaise with HR to organize suitable training inputs. Encourage Innovation. Counsel and guide the team members to optimally utilize their potential.
Development of New Tools, Literatures etc.:
- Make technical presentations to various customers and Influencers segment. Ascertain technical requirement and coordinate with allied partners to gauge technical feasibility. Development of new tools/ applications, literatures, leaflets, brochures etc.
