Head - Taxation - Real Estate - CA

- Lead and manage direct and indirect tax compliances, audit, assessments and appeals.

- Provide strategic input related to tax matters.

- Ensure effective internal control system.

- Responsible for tax working and ensuring tax compliances within due dates.

- Prepare and roll out taxation and compliance framework across the organisation.

- Ensure maintenance of records for tax provision and compliance process.

- Responsible for identifying the tax saving opportunities.

- Responsible for documentation for all tax matters.

Preferred candidate profile

- CA with 8 to 20 years of relevant experience preferably in real estate company or a listed entity.
