Head - Taxation - IT/ITeS - CA

Role : 

- Head of Tax reporting to the CFO.

- For a PE owned IT/ITES Company with Global operations.

- Will be responsible for Tax workings and filing returns for the Indian Holding Company and overseas subsidiaries.

- Responsible for Transferring Pricing and BEPS compliance. (Base erosion and profit shifting).

- Direct Indirect Taxation.

- CA with 7 to 10 years relevant experience is essential.

- Knowledge on US Tax handling.

- Person in to deal with Sr. management and stakeholders for Tax related matters.
