Head - Taxation - IT/BPO

Looking for MBA/Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of experience in IT Services, BPO or Manufacturing Organization , heading Taxation function.

Should have handled both direct and indirect tax matters in India covering Income Tax, SEZ Compliance, VAT / Sales Tax, WCT, Excise, Service Tax, Transfer Pricing, Understanding of global tax laws pertaining to USA, UK , Ireland , Germany , Belgium , Switzerland, Australia, Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong , Thailand , Brazil

The role requires Understanding of business environment & tax implications on the business & industry, Ensuring compliance with all direct & indirect tax laws across global subsidiaries & in India & Developing the global tax strategy for the organization.
