Must Have:

- Well versed with direct and Indirect tax policies.

- Ability to finalize tax returns and audits .

- Close interaction with the auditors.

- Expertise in Transfer Pricing issues, formulate Transfer Pricing policies and comply with Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations.

- Excellent people management skills.
