Do you have experience in the below criteria... ??

1. Manage indirect tax assessments and appellate proceedings and replying to notices received from tax authorities

2. Knowledge of direct as well as Indirect tax

3. Finalize Tax Return and Tax Audit with auditors

4. Liaison with external consultants and appear before various Authorities for assessment and appellate proceedings

5. Advise on Transfer Pricing issues, formulate Transfer Pricing policies and comply with Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations

6. Manage service tax compliance and litigation.

7. Strong Leadership Skills and Structured Thought process

Should be able to partner with the business teams in building trust and creating a strong internal control environment by proactive reaching out to key stake holders

(MUST) Industry background: FMCG / Retail / E-commerce / Dotcom / Manufacturing / Supply chain / IT / Telecom / Pharma

Experience- 12-16 yrs (Atleast 5+yrs of relevant exp in Taxation)

CTC - Negotiable

Location - Bangalore
