Head - Taxation - Direct & Indirect Taxes

1. Managing complete tax portfolio of the business (direct and indirect taxes)

2. Formulating tax policies and tax planning of the business

3. Complete tax compliance of the business

4. Handling of all direct and indirect tax matters on day to day basis

5. Filing of all direct and indirect tax returns (monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns)

6. Handling tax assessments, queries, appeals etc and close monitoring of all the open tax matters (both direct and indirect tax)

7. Close coordination with various tax consultants and with internal/statutory auditors

8. Support for valuation of the business from time to time

9. Support for tax assumption for various bids/financial model

10. Completion of tax audit of various SPVs of the business
