Desired Experience : 15 years of relevant experience, managing Direct & Indirect Taxation of Large Corporations managing multiple Subsidiaries

Desired Industry : Leading Manufacturing companies (MNC's only) or consulting firms

Desired Academic : Chartered Accountant from a reputed Institute

About the role :

- The role is responsible to deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulation, Design and execute Tax Planning Strategy and road map at Group Level, manage transfer pricing and Royalty related compliance, Perform Due diligence during M&A process, etc.,

- Candidate who had experience of Building the Tax Function at Group level would be most preferred
