We are looking for a Head-Taxation who has expert knowledge and understanding of entire gamut of Direct Taxation and is good at business partnering to achieve business goals by supporting businesses, on matters related to direct taxation. - To ensure all Direct Tax compliances for all businesses. - To manage all tax notices, assessments, disputes and GST disputes, Maintain Income Tax records and documentation ensuring proper filing. - Keeping track of notices received and updating of status in notice tracking system - Preparation of computation of income in coordination with GL team for income tax provisioning on quarterly basis. - Timely advance tax calculations and payment. Initiate compliance like PAN/ TAN application, basic replies to tax office on queries sent - To work closely with various stakeholders and business partners Qualification : - 17 - 20 Years' experience managing tax compliance in Big-4 or for large companies in India - Qualified Charted Accountant - Experience in getting involved in implementing system or experience with any ERP tool. - Critical thinking & problem solving attitude. - Result orientation and ability to meet and establish deadlines. - Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, good communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
