CA-Qualified with the experience range of 10years+ in FMCG/FMCD/Retail/ any product based company (not from BFSI /IT/Consulting company )

Specialization in Taxation -

1. Direct & Indirect

2. Worked with a Company with > USD 100 Mn turnover and multiple entities

3. Experience in Global Group Structure

4. Experience in GCC will be preferred

5. In depth knowledge of Transfer Pricing

Functional (Corporate Tax, VAT, Excise, Customs)

Group Level Taxation :

- Tax Compliance

- Corporate Structure

- Handling the UAE entity taxation directly

- Monitoring of Taxation of International Subsidiaries

- Strategise optimization of Tax burden

- Tax Risk Assessment and Mitigation

- Set up systems to ensure proper reporting and compliance

- Liaise and coordinate with FTA / Statutory authorities

- Managing Tax Assessments / Litigations

Others :

- Co-ordinating with Subsidiaries and guiding them

- Team Building

- Knowledge sharing with other stakeholders
