Head - Taxation - CA

- Knowledge/Experience of STP/SEZ laws

- Knowledge/Experience of global taxation

- Knowledge/Experience of US taxes, including state taxes

- Ability to liaise with service tax, VAT for refunds

- Transfer pricing

- Tax planning on mergers and acquisitions

- Tax planning for the group – branch vs. company, subs vs affiliates

- Contracts/Agreements – tax clauses

Education Qualification:

CA with 10-12 years experience
