Location : Mumbai Experience : 15 years or more Job Profile -&nbsp; - Complete Tax (Indirect &amp; Direct) compliance, calculation &amp; filing returns. - Responsible for completion of international and state income tax returns including all related analysis and support. - Oversight of the tax returns for the Company's international subsidiaries. - Responsible for use and property tax functions. - Liaison with operating management on tax issues and accounting staff on tax accounting issues. - Organize and update the company's tax database. - Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals &amp; identify tax savings. - Keeping update knowledge with changes in tax laws &amp; regulations. - Liaise with internal and external auditors &amp; liaisoning with Government authorities. - Assisting the Promoters with tax planning issues as required. - Assist the Promoters in estimating and monitoring annual cash taxes. Qualification : - CA with at least 15+ years of experience. - Knowledge of accounting and book keeping procedures. - Familiarity with SAP.
