Head - Tax

Currently hiring Tax Head (Direct and Indirect) for MNC.

Ideal Candidate :

- CA, 10 - 15 Post Qualification Exp.,

- Experience in Both Direct and Indirect Taxation

Roles and responsibilities :

- Establish procedures and processes to comply with Indian Tax Laws

- Documentation for Tax Rebates, Duty drawbacks and Tax Incentives; Liaise with Tax Authorities for timely refund

- Compilation and Submission of periodical returns to Tax authorities

- Manage audit by tax authorities; Assessments.

- Submission of tax schedules to Country Finance and interaction with auditors

- Keep track of updates in Tax Laws and define the systems/procedures to meet the requirements

- Assist country Finance in Tax audit by external auditors

- Registration with tax authorities under Indirect tax laws i.e. Customs, Central .Excise, Service Tax.

- Managing transfer pricing matters of the units

- Supporting for development & implementation of process for the unit for Excise, Service Tax & EXIM.

- Completion of formalities for import of goods at nil rate or concessional rate of .

- Professional knowledge of Indian Tax Laws & legal framework - Continuous updation. Supporting in making legal contracts and managing overall compliance framework.
