Head - Tax - Direct & Indirect - CA

Position: Head of Tax for a listed organization

Location: Gurgaon

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Tax to join a listed entity. The successful candidate will play a key role in the management of the entire tax function.

Major Responsibilities:

Direct Taxes: Income Tax Matters, Tax Return, TDS, Taxation Accounting, Day to Day Tax matters, SAP process understanding etc.

Indirect Taxes: Tax Planning and Optimisation, GST Rules and Regulations understanding, Day to day returns, Assessment and Litigation, SAP Process understanding, Team management and stakeholders handling etc.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years of experience in a tax leadership role, including experience with both Direct & Indirect Tax

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of tax professionals

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
