Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) Job Overview : - As the Tax Head for our leading Logistics Ecommerce Company in Gurugram, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of taxation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and implementing strategies to optimize the company's tax position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in tax-related roles, with a strong background in the logistics or ecommerce sector. Key Responsibilities : 1. Tax Planning and Strategy : - Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's overall tax position. - Provide guidance on tax implications for business decisions and initiatives. 2. Compliance : - Ensure timely and accurate filing of all direct and indirect tax returns. - Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance. 3. Tax Advisory : - Provide expert tax advice to various departments within the organization. - Collaborate with external tax advisors to stay abreast of industry best practices. 4. Transfer Pricing : - Oversee transfer pricing policies to ensure compliance with regulations. - Work closely with finance and legal teams to manage intercompany transactions. 5.
