He / She will be responsible for : - Driving organizational and people strategies that are aligned to the business strategies. - Partner with the business on organizational design, Succession Planning, competency assessment and development, skill matrix etc. - Leadership Development, Talent Management initiatives, Change Management, Organization capability building, Assessment Center designs etc. - Evaluated New/Existing roles along with business heads and documenting Job Specifications and Maintaining the Organizational structure - Drive the - Continuous Improvement Culture The position reports into the CHRO. Prior experience in large MNCs or Regional Conglomerates with a track record of bringing in significant value add to the function will be a preferred choice.
