Looking for a Talent Management (Performance Management and OD) professional, will be responsible for the Global Talent management across the organization:
Talent Management & Organization Development -
- Conceptualizing & Designing of Talent Management program based on Organizational need.
- Sharing the program concept & getting the concurrence on the design from the Leadership team.
- Process owner for the overall implementation of the Talent Program for the organization.
- Roll out of Organization Culture (Employee Engagement) Survey &providing recommended action points based on survey findings.
- Competency framework design; Proficiency level descriptors for each competency.
PMS & Employee Polices -
- Re-designing PMS process & roll-out of On-line Performance Management system for the organization.
- Performance rating & Competency based Promotion guidelines. Templates design & implementation.
