Experience: >12 years- experience in HR
Knowledge & skills: "- Change Management and Transformational Leadership
- Integrated Talent Management Leadership (Talent Mapping, Talent Planning, Talent Development, Talent Identification, Talent Engagement)
- Project management skills and ability to execute Talent initiatives from start to finish.
- Experience of demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, collaboration, influence/- persuasion, project management, problem - solving, interpersonal dynamics, facilitation and change management. Experience in Leadership roles in Talent Management
- Has led Culture / HR Transformation initiatives
- Experience in HR, Organization design/ effectiveness
- Has experience in managing Large scale/ complex projects "
