Head Talent Management & OD (Grade: DVP/AVP) Client: Life Insurance firm in Mumbai A reputed Life Insurance firm based at Mumbai is looking for Head Talent Management and OD to drive following deliverables : Organisational Development : - Identify the critical people/ culture gaps for execution of the organisational strategy, highlight these for structural gaps/capability gaps/ changes in process/people as case may be - Design and drive OD interventions and initiatives for the transformation / change management. - Continuously evaluate organization design to optimise for agility and efficiency while building for strategic focus and execution excellence. - Develop, collaborate with Business HR Function for creating coaching / development culture for business as a whole. - Talent Management - Develop, implement and sustain a strong Talent Management framework to deliver outcomes of succession planning, career management and competency development across levels - Integrate cultural change drivers in Talent Management Strategy for what can encourage/reinforce the change Learning and Development : - Create the strategic talent agenda through L&D plan for organisation in consultation with business and looking at the sectoral needs. - Liaison with senior leaders to identify the learning & development gaps and advise on the solutions - Identify/development needs/ build capability in the Business HR Function for enabling facilitation of the cultural change - Integrate cultural change drivers in Learning and Development Strategy for what can encourage/reinforce the change Employee Engagement : - Designing the best-in-class employee engagement strategy which acts as a catalyst to meet organisations strategic objectives - Analyse the employee feedback across engagement initiatives through a centralised platform - Developing and executing interventions based on the employee engagement scores across various drivers and elements Rewards and Recognition : - Create strategy around rewards and recognition framework to promote organisational values and nurture the right behaviours across different hierarchies - Ensure various firm wide high-performance cultural groups are created through recognizing effort - Evaluate whether the existing R&R Strategy leads and promotes constant employee growth and development - Creating the right culture, driving influence and designing process structures to deliver the strategy - Corroborate whether the employees have the capability and are equipped to deliver what the strategy demands through its performance benchmarks
