We are looking for a Head Operations/Talent Management role for an Organization-based in Delhi. The organization is 5 year old.
We are looking for HR Operations to join our team and Steer entire gamut of HR Operations comprising End-End Employee Life Cycle Management, Payroll, HRIS, compliances. Employee personal file management, Grievance Redressal, R&R, HR Data Management, HR Cost Management.
Liaise with the leadership and be the contact point for all HR related activities with the focus on MIS handling, HR automation with strong experience in system implementation, Payroll, and Employee Engagement for 1500 people.
If You come with 7-10 years of experience as an HR Operations specialist professional with a strong focus on the System implementation, Cost sheet allocation, MIS handling and database management:-
- Be a fast tracker and Hi-potential with excellent executive presence, Graduation with an MBA/PGDBM (PM/HR)
- Should be able to handle chaos and be able to create structures and strong processes
- Must have managed HR operations independently
- Must be an excellent team player and should have an eye for detail
- You should have handled the implementation of software for HR processes
- You are assertive, young, enthusiastic and dynamic with strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to work in ambiguity and be flexible as priorities change
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal Communication Skills
