Designation: Head- Talent Management / L&D Experience: 18+ years Job Descripton - Partner with senior leadership to identify needs to close talent and performance gaps, promote maximum effectiveness and create a positive impact on sales, marketing, R&D and corporate functions through various Functional skills & Management Capability building programs. - Deliver high impact talent, leadership and management development interventions/solutions that meet organization/ business requirements - Leveraging OD skills to provide learning consulting support to HR Business partners and to Business Function leaders. - Proven competence and experience in managing leadership/management and personal effectiveness projects through to delivery in complex multi-stakeholder environments - Prepare long-term and short-term strategic HR plan based on the business priorities identified for the company and oversee its translation to each of Function while ensuring uniformity across the company and alignment to the HR philosophy, - Design and deliver innovative, integrated and engaging leadership development programs that address key development areas for the organizations we support - Identify key engagement drivers and develop the supporting strategies to align people, processes, and work-related systems in order to achieve meaningful levels of job satisfaction and retention for employees. - Design and develop Career paths & succession planning frameworks to assist management with employee retention tools - Facilitate employee learning and development through development frameworks, identify training needs and implement talent development processes.
