Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 9-14 Years

Reports to: CHRO

Team handling: Yes

Job role:

- Leading Talent Management, L&D and Organization Development for India

- The job entails managing end to end defining the L&D and Talent management strategies across the organization.

- Leadership Development initiatives-designed & developed.

- Driving Talent Management from conceptualization till bridging the gaps through L&D initiatives.

- Identification of Hi Pots, running assessment centers, succession planning.

- Driving OD interventions.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum of 9+ years of experience in managing Talent management, L&D and OD.

- Looking for a woman candidate.

- Preferably an MBA from good B institute or Postgraduate in Psychology.

- Team handling experience is must.

- Industry is open but must be from a reputed scaled organization.
