Head - Talent Management - Infrastructure (15-18 yrs)
- Identify, develop and deploy key talent enabling effective Succession Planning, Career Mapping & Individual Development Plan for senior employees
1. Conduct of Talent Review process to identify key talent up to BCM-2 level across the enterprise and oversee the process at sector / Biz level.

b. Top Emerging Talent Business wise
3. Deployment of Key Talent as per Succession Plan (SI & LT) up to BCM-2. Oversee the process at Sector / Business level. QOQ Review to be conducted.

b. Build to Acquire ratio
5. Career Pathing framework for the Identified Roles and roll out across the Group along with COE - L&D
6. - Finalization of Framework & No of roles covered
7. Create Individual Development Plan for all BCM-2 with the support of CHRO's and track implementation
8. Finalization of IDP
9. Strategizing and Leading all people development interventions for the organization which will include selection, executive assessment, coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and executive development programs
10. Leading the performance management process for the franchise with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building
11. Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent
12. Driving the culture building exercise and play a critical role in strategizing Learning & Development interventions to strengthen the people capability.
13. Ensure functional capability framework is implemented and proper tracking is done to map ROI for the functions
14. Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating TM issues and solutions as appropriate
