- Furthermore, partner with group leadership and HR leaders to lead the overhaul and integration of leadership competency frameworks

- Design and introduce employee engagement initiatives

- Design the global annual employee engagement survey to understand employee sentiments

- The role would also include identifying hi-potentials, developing assessment centres, driving MT programmes

- Focus on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and succession planning

- Help evolve the firm's culture by coaching leaders on the performance management philosophy and shared value

- Should come with excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, proactive, agile, aggressive(can drive projects to closure) and a structured though process

Profile :

- You should come with 7 to 10 years of experience. Furthermore, you should be proactive, smart and accountable professional with extensive experience in Talent management
