About Our Client:

Our client is the one of the largest players in the Financial Services Space in India. A multi billion-dollar company that has nationwide presence and operating in Retail and Wholesale Banking. They are currently looking for Head HR to lead the Talent Management CoE based in Mumbai.

Job Description:

Reporting into the CHRO your roles and responsibilities will be:

- Working closely with Business leaders to implement global talent agenda for each business in partnership with the HR Business Partners and CoE.

- Providing consulting services as a subject matter expert for Talent development and drive new initiatives for talent processes and practices

- Supporting development and mobility of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent

- Building capability among HR generalists and line leaders in talent identification, planning and development

- Liaising with leadership development and functional learning & development partners on the leadership development programs nomination processes.

- Provide coaching and development to address business talent and performance gaps

The Successful Applicant

You will come with 15-18 years of experience as a Talent Management professional with a full time MBA from a top tier business school. We are looking for a candidate good at managing a wide range of stakeholders and having strong communication skills.
