- Responsible for overall management of Talent Development, competency mapping and development activities.
- To evolve further the course of talent development through effective planning and execution of talent management initiatives.
- To work with senior Management team in championing the cause and agenda of talent development and hence establish synergy and collaboration among various stakeholders.
- Lead and monitor the timely roll out of talent assessment and development frameworks for identified talent.
- Focus on Execution excellence; Analyse and audit the execution of talent management initiatives and take suitable action on the feedback and observations.
- To design potential assessment mechanisms, facilitate execution of the same and continuously review and improvise, taking in account the feedback and observations gathered from participants/employees.
- Facilitate to identify and plan Career progression for Hi-Pot talent and do Succession planning for critical Positions in the Organization and also to generate leadership bench-strength for the future.
- Standardize KRA and KPI across departments and sub departments for each functional area
- Planning & execution of various talent identification processes like Fast Track Selection Scheme, Development centers, Assessment Centres, Talent Interviews, & similar schemes on time and consistently across all locations
- This position also demands to support and drive Strategic Talent Acquisition, Talent Review & Management, Career development and Succession plans, Organization Development & Learning, Compensation Management, Employee Engagement- Great Place to work, Rewards & Recognition.
- Establish, develop and manage manpower and career planning frameworks that meet individual and business objectives.
- Build sustainable long term mutually beneficial relationships with the business partners/vendors Provide leading support in talent acquisition and talent development initiative roll-outs and implementation as part of talent management group.
- Benchmarking current systems with best practices and continuous improvement in existing policies and processes.
- Support and partner in change management initiatives
