Company: Leading Talent Management Agency( one of India's leading entertainment houses/studios) Role: Talent Management Head role for managing Bollywood celebrity publicity Reporting to: CEO Location: Mumbai (Andheri West) Responsibilities: - Manage the Talent Management division of the entertainment house/studio - Manage the most formidable artists of bollywood and manage them exclusively across all touch points... be it films, endorsements, events, appearances, digital or personal PR. - Successfully plan, launch and manage the endorsement interests of the leading actors exclusively managed by the studio. - Laying out an effective brand route map to build the actors' brand equity. - Discuss the artist's availability, dates and monies for projects, appearances and endorsements and mostly manage the dates of artists on a day-to-day basis. - The incumbent would be responsible for managing the Talent Management Business i.e, manage the artists, brand management, digital marketing, OTT, events, legal contact management etc. - Manage Celebrity and Brand Management - Manage Talent Relationships - Manage Sales/BD teams - Manage PR teams - Manage Legal and Accounts - Manage Client servicing functions
