- Closely working with the CPO inputs and executing key retention initiatives within the timelines
- Employee Satisfaction
- Build, Develop interventions to improve employee experience
- Drive Employee satisfaction surveys, define action-plan & implementations
- Conceptualize Industry best employee engagement initiatives based on best-in-class and best-across-class
- Employee Development
- Employee development programs
- Leading the Succession Planning across levels & Critical Talent Retentions
- Designing & implementing Development Centers & tools for high performance
- Best Practices & Market Research
- Building corporate communications and employer branding
- Driving Employee Value Proposition with analysis and action plans
- Perform benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits
- Market Intelligence Report (including Glass Door analysis)
- Presenting the insights & action plan to the CPO and CoEs periodically
- Employee Communication & Feedback
- Responsible for employee grievance handling & disciplinary actions
- Periodically conducting Upward-Feedback leading to L&D initiatives and access the improvements
- Enhancing HR Team's productivity & efficiency
- HR Operational Efficiency - HR Process improvements
- Driving HR Strategy & Special Projects
- Monthly CoE and HR Review Reports and insights to CHRO
