Leads the lifecycle management of talent management activities including, Developing the human capital strategy in line with the organization strategy and identifying the associated organization/ talent priorities, Assessing organization and talent to identify capability gaps  - Building appropriate programs for talent development and defining the supporting organization structure; Ensuring implementation of the identified programs and organization changes.  Area of Responsibility :  - Talent Management & Development  - Performance Management  - Organizational Design & Effectiveness  Relevant Experience :   - Minimum 12-15 years of overall experience across HR roles  - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in relevant industry and domain  - Experience in leading talent management/ Learning or Organizational Development in a large organization  - Preference for consulting experience with a focus on delivery  - Ability to work in ambiguity and an environment of constant change  - Experience of establishing, driving and sustaining processes  - Ability to exhibit boundary-less behavior and demonstrate executive presence
