Job Responsibilities :
Talent Management & Organization Design
- Design, implementation and ownership of continuous performance management process; driving talent conclaves in the organization
- Design & deployment of career planning framework including dual career paths
- Design and implementation of job family framework; role definition & role levelling; staffing cost optimization; hands-on experience in Hay methodology and Mercer- s IPE framework
Learning & Organization Development
- Design and deployment of learning & development interventions as required. Hands-on experience in e-learning, workshop and gamification.
- Driving cultural change and cascading the leadership behaviours across all management levels
- Design of employee value proposition
- Employee engagement initiatives across organization
Process Design and Project management
- Redesigning and redefining the existing framework for identifying potential, succession planning, in the organization.
- Process design for company's treatment of its moderate/under-performing talent and subsequent implementation to deliver a better governed automated solution.
