Drive the talent and leadership development programmes across the business, gain their buy-in and support to shape key initiatives
Lead the design and development of organisation-wide Talent and leadership programmes, frameworks and policies in line with the strategy
Lead design, development of leadership and management development programs across the HQ and geographic network managers and leaders.
Champion projects to address complex/critical organisation effectiveness issues to meet its long-term goals and objectives
Lead the development of an organisation-wide Talent, leadership and Organisational Effectiveness (OE) strategy aligned to Reliance business requirements and in collaboration with other HR CoEs
Lead and manage the design, development, analysis and recommendations process from organisation-wide culture or pulse surveys
Undertake periodic benchmarking studies, research and other initiatives to ensure adoption of relevant organisation effectiveness practices
Lead the identification and management of relevant vendor relationships in the delivery of Talent, Leadership, organisation effectiveness interventions and programmes
Works closely with HR Business Partners in the measurement, monitoring, and improvement of employee engagement, communication of company policies, and ensuring adherence to established standards
Design and lead the reporting and analytic requirements for organisation effectiveness across the organisation
Develop and deliver change management strategies to ensure high levels of employee engagement and commitment to new initiatives
Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring effective design, development and execution
Monitor the effectiveness of existing talent and leadership programmes using evaluation tools, metrics and statistics to measure their organisational impact
Facilitate forums, workshops and other meetings across the organisation around team building, customer- focused innovation and overall organisational effectiveness
Knowledge & Skills
Track record in developing and implementing leadership and management development programmes
Demonstrated experience as a program builder and team leader
Proven expertise in latest industry trends
Able to manage & provide direction to teams
Worked in multi cultural environment
Energetic, flexible and adaptive, works well to lead a start-up organisation
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills. Able to manage client expectations, key milestones, and monitor progress
